By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.\n\nIf you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Making a Reservation<\/h3>\n<h4>2.1 How reservations work<\/h4>\nNow Book It facilitates reservations on behalf of participating venues. When you submit a booking request, your reservation is made directly with the venue. Now Book It is not a party to the dining contract between you and the venue.\n<h4>2.2 Confirmation<\/h4>\nReservations are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please check your confirmation details carefully \u2014 including date, time, party size, and any special requirements.\n<h4>2.3 Reservation use<\/h4>\nYou agree to use our reservation service only to book tables at venues and then honour those reservations by:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Arriving at the venue on time<\/li>\n \t<li>Ordering and paying for food and beverages in accordance with the venue\u2019s requirements<\/li>\n \t<li>Not making multiple reservations for the same time and date for personal use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nResale or commercial on-sale of reservations is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Bookings via Reserve with Google<\/h3>\nWhere you make a reservation through Google\u2019s Reserve with Google service (for example, by using the \u201cBook Now\u201d or \u201cReserve a Table\u201d button on Google Search or Google Maps), the following additional terms apply:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Google collects your contact and booking details at the time of booking and shares them with Now Book It for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation. Google\u2019s collection and handling of your data is governed by <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">Google\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/a><\/li>\n \t<li>Once Now Book It receives your booking data from Google, we handle it in accordance with our own <a href=\"\/privacypolicy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and these Terms.<\/li>\n \t<li>The same cancellation, no-show, and payment policies that apply to bookings made directly through Now Book It also apply to bookings made via Reserve with Google.<\/li>\n \t<li>If you have questions about how Google handles your data, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/\">Google\u2019s Privacy &amp; Terms.<\/a> For questions about how Now Book It handles your data, see Section 9 below or contact us at legal@nowbookit.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Cancellations and No-Shows<\/h3>\nCancellation and no-show policies are set by each individual venue. Where a venue applies a cancellation policy, you will be notified of the policy at the time of booking, prior to confirming your reservation.\n\nIf card details are required, you may be charged if you:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Fail to cancel within the required notice period<\/li>\n \t<li>Do not arrive without prior notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nNow Book It is not responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees charged directly by a venue. Please direct any disputes regarding such charges to the venue.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Payment<\/h3>\nNow Book It does not charge diners for making a reservation. However, some venue services or experiences may require prepayment or a deposit at the time of booking. In such cases:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Payment details are collected securely and processed by our third-party payment processor<\/li>\n \t<li>Now Book It does not store full payment card details<\/li>\n \t<li>The venue is responsible for any charges applied, including pre-paid experiences, deposits, and cancellation fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWhere Now Book It facilitates payment on behalf of a venue, additional payment terms may apply and will be presented to you at the time of checkout. The amount charged will always match the amount disclosed during the booking process.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>SMS Communications<\/h3>\nWhere you opt in to SMS updates at the time of booking, Now Book It and\/or the venue may send you transactional SMS messages related to your reservation \u2014 such as confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices.\n<ul>\n \t<li>To opt out of SMS at any time, reply <strong>STOP<\/strong> to any SMS you receive. Reply <strong>HELP<\/strong> for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.<\/li>\n \t<li>US &amp; Canada: SMS messaging complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Canada\u2019s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFor full details on managing your SMS and marketing preferences, visit our <a href=\"#\">Opt-Out &amp; Data Preferences<\/a> page.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Intellectual Property<\/h3>\nAll content on the Now Book It platform \u2014 including text, graphics, logos, software, and data \u2014 is the property of Now Book It or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Now Book It content without our express written consent.\n\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>User Content and Conduct<\/h3>\nYou agree not to use the Now Book It platform to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading reservation requests, or to engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform or the experience of other users or venues.\n\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Privacy<\/h3>\nYour use of Now Book It is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at <a href=\"\/privacypolicy\/\">nowbookit.com\/privacypolicy<\/a>. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.\n\nWhere your booking originates from a third-party platform (such as Reserve with Google), your data may first be collected by that platform and then shared with Now Book It. Please refer to the relevant platform\u2019s privacy policy for details on their data practices.\n\nIf you wish to opt out of marketing communications or exercise any other privacy rights, please visit <a href=\"#\">nowbookit.com\/opt-out<\/a> or contact us at legal@nowbookit.com.\n\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\nTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Now Book It provides its platform on an \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d basis without warranties of any kind<\/li>\n \t<li>Now Book It is not liable for the acts or omissions of any venue, including the quality of food or service, changes to hours or menus, or any venue\u2019s failure to honour a reservation<\/li>\n \t<li>Now Book It\u2019s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to Now Book It in connection with the relevant booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nConsumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.\n\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Indemnification<\/h3>\nYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Now Book It and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Now Book It platform, your violation of these Terms, any content you submit, or your violation of any third-party rights.\n\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h3>Modification and Termination<\/h3>\nNow Book It may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will post an updated version on our website and update the effective date.
