About Now Book It<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dff86b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4dff86b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Now Book It Pty Ltd (ABN 33 607 322 092) (\u201cNow Book It\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d) provides an online restaurant and venue reservation platform that enables diners (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d) to discover, search, and book tables at participating venues across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.<\/p><p>By accessing or using the Now Book It platform \u2014 including our website, mobile applications, booking widgets embedded on third-party sites, or any reservation made via Google\u2019s Reserve with Google service \u2014 you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Making a Reservation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2744d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b2744d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>2.1 How reservations work<\/strong><\/p><p>Now Book It facilitates reservations on behalf of participating venues. When you submit a booking request, your reservation is made directly with the venue. Now Book It is not a party to the dining contract between you and the venue.<\/p><p><strong>2.2 Confirmation<\/strong><\/p><p>Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please check your confirmation details carefully \u2014 including date, time, party size, and any special requirements.<\/p><p><strong>2.3 Reservation use<\/strong><\/p><p>You agree to use our reservation service only to book tables at venues and then honour those reservations by:<\/p><ul><li>Arriving at the venue on time<\/li><li>Ordering and paying for food and beverages in accordance with the venue\u2019s requirements<\/li><li>Not making multiple reservations for the same time and date for personal use<\/li><\/ul><p>Resale or commercial on-sale of reservations is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32e4c04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"32e4c04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Bookings via Reserve with Google<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b657c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b657c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Where you make a reservation through Google\u2019s Reserve with Google service (for example, by using the \u201cBook Now\u201d or \u201cReserve a Table\u201d button on Google Search or Google Maps), the following additional terms apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google collects your contact and booking details at the time of booking and shares them with Now Book It for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation. Google\u2019s collection and handling of your data is governed by <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">Google\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Once Now Book It receives your booking data from Google, we handle it in accordance with our own <a href=\"\/privacypolicy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and these Terms.<\/li>\n<li>The same cancellation, no-show, and payment policies that apply to bookings made directly through Now Book It also apply to bookings made via Reserve with Google.<\/li>\n<li>If you have questions about how Google handles your data, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/\">Google\u2019s Privacy &amp; Terms.<\/a> For questions about how Now Book It handles your data, see Section 9 below or contact us at legal@nowbookit.com<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11e6d11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"11e6d11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Cancellations and No-Shows<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eac819b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eac819b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cancellation and no-show policies are set by each individual venue. Where a venue applies a cancellation policy, you will be notified of the policy at the time of booking, prior to confirming your reservation.<\/p><p>If card details are required, you may be charged if you:<\/p><ul><li>Fail to cancel within the required notice period<\/li><li>Do not arrive without prior notice<\/li><\/ul><p>Now Book It is not responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees charged directly by a venue. Please direct any disputes regarding such charges to the venue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8b2a3a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f8b2a3a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5086379 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5086379\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Now Book It does not charge diners for making a reservation. However, some venue services or experiences may require prepayment or a deposit at the time of booking. In such cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment details are collected securely and processed by our third-party payment processor<\/li>\n<li>Now Book It does not store full payment card details<\/li>\n<li>The venue is responsible for any charges applied, including pre-paid experiences, deposits, and cancellation fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where Now Book It facilitates payment on behalf of a venue, additional payment terms may apply and will be presented to you at the time of checkout. The amount charged will always match the amount disclosed during the booking process.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f09200d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f09200d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. SMS Communication<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5bd7a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a5bd7a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Where you opt in to SMS updates at the time of booking, Now Book It and\/or the venue may send you transactional SMS messages related to your reservation \u2014 such as confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices.<\/p><ul><li>To opt out of SMS at any time, reply <strong>STOP<\/strong> to any SMS you receive. Reply <strong>HELP<\/strong> for assistance. Message frequency varies.
