This checkbox is not pre-ticked and must be actively selected to complete a booking where a venue has enabled it. It relates to the venue’s own booking terms, which may include cancellation policies and deposit conditions.
Now Book It does not use diner data for its own marketing purposes. We do not send promotional emails, SMS messages, or push notifications to diners on our own behalf.
The personal information you provide when making a reservation (such as your name, email address, phone number, and dining preferences) is:
Now Book It’s direct communications with diners are limited to transactional messages — such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices — which are necessary to complete your reservation.
When you book a table using Google’s Reserve with Google service (for example, through the “Book Now” or “Reserve a Table” button on Google Search or Google Maps), Google collects your contact and booking details and shares them with Now Book It to fulfil your reservation.

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Where personal data has been shared with a venue, you may also need to contact the venue directly to request deletion of data they hold independently.
