In Australia, this checkbox is pre-ticked by default. In Canada and the United States, this checkbox requires active opt-in and is not pre-ticked, in accordance with CASL and TCPA requirements.
To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any SMS you receive. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

This checkbox is not pre-ticked and must be actively selected to complete a booking where a venue has enabled it. It relates to the venue’s own booking terms, which may include cancellation policies and deposit conditions.
Now Book It does not use diner data for its own marketing purposes. We do not send promotional emails, SMS messages, or push notifications to diners on our own behalf.
The personal information you provide when making a reservation (such as your name, email address, phone number, and dining preferences) is:
Now Book It’s direct communications with diners are limited to transactional messages — such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices — which are necessary to complete your reservation.
When you book a table using Google’s Reserve with Google service (for example, through the “Book Now” or “Reserve a Table” button on Google Search or Google Maps), Google collects your contact and booking details and shares them with Now Book It to fulfil your reservation.

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions (for example, where we are required to retain records for tax, legal, or dispute resolution purposes).

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Where personal data has been shared with a venue, you may also need to contact the venue directly to request deletion of data they hold independently.

Regardless of your location, you have the right to access and request corrections to the personal information we hold about you. This right is supported under the applicable privacy legislation in each country where Now Book It operates.
